An introduction into our Company

Saunders Specialised Services Ltd.

Saunders Specialised Services Ltd. is a Sussex based company that was established in 1963. We specialise in all aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering, primarily for the commercial and industrial sectors.

The work that we specialise in is the design, installation, servicing and maintenance of all Industrial and Commercial plant and equipment, including:

  • Gas pipe, gas fired boilers and equipment
  • Oil tanks, oil pipes, oil pumps, oil fired boilers and equipment
  • Dual fuel boilers and equipment
  • Steam pipework, boilers and equipment
  • Electrical installations and equipment
  • Air Conditioning equipment
  • Air Handling Units
  • Process equipment
  • Control panels and equipment



 Our engineers are highly trained and experienced. Specialist courses and in-house training are constantly provided for our engineers, ensuring we continually provide suitably qualified and reliable personnel to cater for the extensively wide range of services that we have to offer to our customers.

We provide our extensive services to an extremely diverse variety of businesses in a very widespread area, mostly in London and the home county regions.

Some of the areas we cover include Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, East and West Sussex, Surrey and Kent amongst others, however on occasion, it would not be unusual for our engineers to be looking for their passports before going to work, as we also offer our services outside the UK.

We regularly carry out a vast variety of work ranging from minor domestic servicing and repairs, while also being fully committed to several 5-year service and maintenance contracts valued in excess of £500,000.The facilities and organizations we work with range from small independent residential properties up to large UK organisations and facilities such as NHS Hospitals, Arundel Castle, Farnham Castle, TEVA UK, Bentley Cars, The Brighton Universities, Public Schools and Private Schools. We are pleased to also work with global organisations such as the International Hilton Group, The Body Shop International PLC, BASF, Parker Hannifin, Hanson Bricks, L'Oreal, Goodwood International Motor Sport, Saywell International and many, many more.
